Additional Provisions:

If the Insured Person is assigned a disability due to traumatic injuries, the Insurer pays the difference between the amount due under the contract for the respective disability group and the amount already paid for traumatic injuries.
If the Insured Person is assigned a more severe disability group, the Insurer pays the difference between the payments for the less severe and more severe disability group.
In the event of death, the Insurer pays the Beneficiary the difference between the insured sum under the contract and the total payments made during the contract's term.
Conditions for Insurance Payments:

A decision to make or deny an insurance payment is made by the Insurer within 20 working days from the date of submission of all required documents. The decision is formalized in an insurance act.
The insurance payment is made within 10 working days from the date the Insurer approves the payment.
