1 Object of Insurance Life, health, and working capacity of the Insured person.
2 Insurance Risks. Insured Events. Insurance Limitations

Insurance Risk: the occurrence of an accident involving the Insured person.

An Insured Event under the Contract is the occurrence of the insurance risk — an accident — which results in the following events:
1. Traumatic bodily injuries of the Insured person caused by an accident (hereinafter referred to as “Traumatic injuries”);
2. Permanent loss of working capacity (assignment of disability group I / recognition as a “Child with a disability”) of the Insured person as a result of an accident;
3. Death of the Insured person as a result of an accident.

Insurance Limitations
Not accepted for insurance:

  • persons who have reached the full age of 86 years as of the date of contract conclusion;
  • persons legally recognized as incapacitated.
3 Minimum and Maximum Insurance Sum (Liability Limit)

The total insurance sum depends on the Insurance Program selected by the Policyholder when concluding the Contract:

The insurance sum is set for each Insured person. Within the total sum, the Insurer’s liability limit for each Insured person under the Contract is determined for the insured event “Traumatic injuries”.

4 Minimum and Maximum Insurance Premium and/or Insurance Rate

Insurance Rate:

  • for an Individual Insurance Contract: from 0.028409% to 0.416667% of the insurance sum per Insured person;
  • for a Family Insurance Contract: from 0.0227272% to 0.333336% of the insurance sum per Insured person.

Insurance Premium:

  • for an Individual Insurance Contract:

- per month: from 100 UAH to 500 UAH;
- per year: from 850 UAH to 6,000 UAH;

  • for a Family Insurance Contract:

- per month (per Insured person): from 80 UAH to 400 UAH;
- per year (per Insured person): from 880 UAH to 4,800 UAH.

The amount of the insurance premium depends on the chosen program, the age of the Insured person, and the type of contract (Individual or Family).
The insurance premium, regardless of the chosen program, is doubled in the following cases:

  • if at the time of concluding the contract, the Insured person’s age is from 1 to 14 years inclusive or from 60 to 85 years inclusive — for an Individual Insurance Contract;
  • if at the time of concluding the contract, the Insured person’s age is from 60 to 85 years inclusive — for a Family Insurance Contract.
5 Type, Minimum and Maximum Deductible (if any)

Not applicable.

6 Territory and Duration of the Insurance Contract (including information on entry into force and insurance period(s), if any)

Territory of the Contract — worldwide.
The Contract does not apply:
1. to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine defined by legal acts, as well as territories where public authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers, settlements and areas located along the demarcation line;
2. to territories of Ukraine located in zones of military actions of any nature, regardless of official recognition of war under law;
3. to areas of military operations of any kind;
4. to temporarily occupied, annexed, or disputed territories, or territories of states not recognized by Ukraine;
5. to territories for which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has issued a recommendation to refrain from traveling before crossing the border by the Insured person;
6. to the territories of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

Contract duration — 1 calendar year / 1 calendar month with the possibility of renewal (prolongation) for all insurance programs except the “Competition Protection” program.
The Contract takes effect at 00:00 hours (Kyiv time) on the start date but not earlier than the day following the payment of the insurance premium in the amount specified in the Contract to the Insurer’s account. The Contract and insurance coverage remain valid until 00:00 hours (Kyiv time) on the end date specified in the Contract, unless terminated earlier.
If the total insurance premium is paid in installments, the duration of the Contract is determined by Insurance Periods according to the payment schedule.

If neither Party submits a written statement to terminate or amend the Contract within 30 (thirty) calendar days before its expiry, it shall be deemed automatically extended for the same term and on the same conditions.

The Contract establishes a waiting period for the insured event during which the Insurer does not make insurance payments for events that occurred on the day of crediting the total insurance premium (or part of it) and within the next 6 (six) calendar days after the funds are credited to the Insurer’s account. This condition does not apply to subsequent installments if no unpaid insurance period of 3 (three) or more months preceded them.

7 Possible Consequences for the Consumer in Case of Failure to Fulfil Obligations Defined by the Insurance Contract

In case of failure or improper fulfillment of the Contract terms, the Parties shall bear responsibility in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Failure to timely notify of the occurrence of an insured event without valid reasons, late submission by the Policyholder, the Insured person, or the Beneficiary of documents required for the Insurer to make an insurance payment, as stipulated by the Contract, without valid reasons, or failure to fulfill other obligations defined by the Contract or the law, if this results in the Insurer’s inability to determine the fact, causes, and circumstances of the insured event or the amount of the damage (losses), may be grounds for denial of insurance payment.

Failure by the Insured person to follow medical recommendations, non-compliance with the prescribed treatment, or violation of the procedures established by a medical institution that led to deterioration of health may also be grounds for refusal of insurance payment.

If the insurance premium is not paid before the start of the corresponding insurance period, insurance coverage for that period shall not apply.

8 Information on the Possibility to Purchase the Insurance Product Separately

The contract is not an add-on to other goods, works, or services that are not insurance-related. Entering into this Contract does not require obtaining any additional or related services from the Insurer and/or third parties associated with the provision of the financial service under the Contract.

9 Conditions for Receiving Discounts on the Insurance Product and Promotional Offers of the Insurer

Discounts and promotional offers are not available and do not apply.

10 List of Information Material to the Assessment of Insurance Risk and/or Other Circumstances Considered in Determining the Insurance Premium

Before entering into the Contract, the Policyholder / Legal Representative of the Insured Person is obliged to provide the Insurer with information that is materially significant for the Insurer’s decision to conclude the Contract and/or determine the amount of the insurance premium, including information on circumstances that are important for assessing the insurance risk (determining the probability and likelihood of an insured event and the potential amount of losses). During the validity period of the Contract, the Policyholder must notify the Insurer in writing within 5 (five) working days of any changes to such circumstances that are materially significant for the assessment of the insurance risk and/or affect the amount of the insurance premium under the Contract.

Information considered materially significant for the Insurer’s decision to conclude the Contract, and/or to determine the insurance premium amount, and/or to assess the insurance risk includes data on the age of the Insured Person, changes in the Insured Person’s health condition, as well as the existence of an insurance interest in relation to the Insured Object.

11 Consumer Warning on the Need to Review Information Before Entering into the Insurance Contract, Including Links to Such Information

This insurance product requires the consumer’s prior review to make an informed decision about entering into the insurance contract.

Before signing the insurance contract, the consumer must familiarize themselves with the information about exclusions from insured events and the grounds for refusal of insurance payments, the insurer’s liability limits for each insured object, insurance risk and/or insured event, as well as the procedure for calculation and conditions of insurance payments contained in the General Terms of the insurance product “Confidence 24/7”, available at the following links:
