3 | Minimum and Maximum Insurance Sums (Liability Limits) |
The insurance sum is aggregate (decreases after indemnity payment), except in cases of death or assignment of Group I disability to the Insured person as a result of an accident. The insurance sum and the Liability limit for Traumatic injuries are determined by agreement of the Parties and selected by the Policyholder from the options: |

Insurance territory: Worldwide. Insurance coverage within the territory of Ukraine (except as specified in p. 1-2 of this section), located in a zone of hostilities of any kind, is provided for insured events that are not causally related to war or military conflicts and any means or methods of their conduct, taking into account exclusions and limitations of insurance. The insurance contract does not apply to:
The insurance contract enters into force on the date specified in the contract as the start date of its validity, but not earlier than the day following the date when the insurance premium is credited to the Insurer’s current account in the amount and within the term specified in the contract. 7 | Possible Consequences for the Consumer in Case of Non-fulfillment of Obligations Defined by the Insurance Contract |
If the consumer fails to fulfill the obligations defined by the insurance contract, an insurance indemnity payment may be refused. Also, if the insurance premium is not paid within the terms specified in the contract, the insurance contract shall be considered not concluded. Actors of dramatic and musical theaters, performers of stage, ballet, and dance ensembles. Ambulance staff. Gas-electric welders, fitters. Workers in manufacturing industries; artisans. Workers in the food industry, printing enterprises. Firefighters. Military personnel. Employees of law enforcement bodies (excluding criminal investigation officers, patrol police, drivers). Workers in construction, mechanical engineering, glass industry. - High risk level (P3): Persons whose work is associated with a high risk of accidents. Criminal investigation officers, patrol police, civil aviation staff. Test drivers of cars and aircraft. Circus artists performing stunts on ropes, trapezes, acrobats, gymnasts. Wild animal trainers. Auto-motor racers, stunt performers. Workers in the mining industry. Persons performing underground work, drillers of oil and gas wells. Employees of mine and gas rescue services. Workers engaged in the production, storage, testing of explosive and toxic substances.
