Please note several important aspects regarding the terms of your insurance contract:
- Increase of insurance coverage. On the anniversary of your contract, you may increase the insurance sum by raising the insurance premium. To do this, please notify us in writing 30 days before your contract anniversary, either in free form or by using the template available on our website at this link.
- Change of contact details. To ensure effective communication, it is important to inform us of any changes to your contact details — registration address, mailing address, phone number, email, etc. Please notify us in writing, in free form, or use the template available on our website at this link.
- Change in the level of insurance risk. According to clause 9.2.6 of the “Rules of Voluntary Life Insurance of PJSC “UNIQA Life”, you must inform us of events that have affected or may affect the level of insurance risk. For example, if after concluding the insurance contract the Insured Person has changed profession (occupation), started engaging in extreme sports, or has suffered a serious illness. - Tax deduction. You are entitled to a tax deduction in the amount of a portion of insurance premiums paid by you under long-term life insurance savings contracts concluded with the Insurer (clause 166.3.5 of the Tax Code of Ukraine). Detailed information is available at the link.
