Object of insurance

The object of insurance is the health of the Insured persons.

Insurance risks. Insurance limitations

Insurance risks:

  • acute illness of the Insured person;
  • exacerbation of chronic illness;
  • health disorder due to an accident;
  • other cases specified in the Program;
  • illness and its exacerbation or complication that led to hospitalization/inpatient treatment.

Limitations:

·        persons over 70 years old;

Minimum and maximum insured amounts (liability limit)

Minimum and maximum amount of the insured sum per Insured Person: unlimited.

Amounts and limits are aggregate — reduced after payments.

Minimum and maximum premium/tariff

UAH 500 – UAH 150 000 per person.

Deductible

Specified in the Program: in UAH or percent. If in percent — calculated from the loss amount.

Territory and term of the insurance contract

Territory: Ukraine, excluding occupied and uncontrolled territories, contact line.

Coverage in war zones applies if not war-related.

Term: 1 calendar year (unless otherwise agreed).

The contract takes effect from the start date specified in the contract.

Consequences of non-performance of obligations

Payment may be refused. If the premium is not paid, the contract is deemed not concluded (unless otherwise agreed).

Separate purchase

The product is not an add-on to other goods or services.

Not provided.
