The MTPL (Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance) compensates for damage caused to the life, health, and property of third parties who suffered in a traffic accident. The agreement is valid within the territory of Ukraine.

The law establishes liability limits (the amount reimbursed by the insurance company):

  • 500,000 UAH — for damage caused to the life and health of the victim, without limiting the number of victims.
  • 250,000 UAH — for damage caused to property per victim.

Yes, the "old" mobile app can be deleted after the new app has been successfully installed and activated.

Passenger vehicles, electric vehicles, motorcycles and scooters, and trailers. Insuring vehicles used in taxis is not possible through the website. To sign a contract for other vehicles, contact the chatbot.

The "new" and "old" mobile apps will operate in parallel for a while (approximately until May 2025).

We actively encourage all clients to transition to the new myUNIQA Ukraine app while providing sufficient time for adaptation.

The standard term of motor third party liability insurance in Ukraine is 1 year, but it is possible to conclude a contract for a period of less than 6 months. For example, a car that is not registered in Ukraine can be insured for the period until it is registered.

A foreign car registered in another country can also be insured for a shorter period - for the duration of its stay in Ukraine. It is worth noting that the contract comes into force from the date specified in the policy and is not automatically renewed.

If you experience any problems with the new app, please contact our assistance team using any method that is convenient for you:

If you damage a third party's vehicle in a traffic accident and the amount of compensation exceeds UAH 250,000 (the limit set by law in the Compulsory MTPL), you must pay the difference yourself. Given the cost of modern vehicles, the likelihood of such damage is very high.

Fortunately, you can protect yourself from additional financial costs by purchasing an additional limit with a Voluntary Motor Liability Insurance policy:

  • UAH 300,000 — recommended for small cities
  • UAH 600,000 — recommended for cities with a million+ population
  • UAH 1,000,000 — recommended for cities with a million+ population

One year. Select the desired start date of the contract at the time of its signing: not earlier than next day, and not later than 30 days from the current date.

You can purchase it even if mandatory auto liability insurance was purchased from another company.

Yes, you can. Contact the chatbot in Viber or Telegram.

Yes. Pay attention to the validity dates of the insurance contracts, as the Voluntary Motor Liability Insurance is only valid beyond the limit of the Compulsory Motor Liability Insurance. Therefore, it is very important that you have a valid Compulsory MTPL Insurance contract.

There are no all-in-one programs — the terms and price of Casco vary widely from company to company. Even one company may offer different contracts to choose from. To avoid confusion, we recommend insuring your vehicle in three steps:

  • choose one or more insurance companies you trust;
  • request a consultation and calculate the cost of Casco for your vehicle;
  • make a final decision and sign the contract.
  • Protects against currency fluctuations
  • Covers war risks
  • Covers the cost of car repair or complete destruction
  • 0% deductible if the driver of another car is to blame for the accident
  • Valid on the territory of Ukraine, European countries, Georgia and Turkey
  • Without reference to the place of storage
  • Technical Assistance as a gift

The online Casco calculation helps to understand the approximate budget for insurance. Online Casco insurance does not take into account many nuances, and it can sometimes be difficult to choose the right program on your own. For example, you might want to reduce the rate without worsening the protection conditions. Or you might want to insure your car only against theft. The calculator will help you estimate how much such car insurance will cost. However, an insurance company expert will consider all your wishes and help you choose the optimal option.

Casco provides insurance for a car against damage, theft, fire, natural disasters, and other unforeseen situations. It covers damages to your car regardless of the occurrence of an accident or other incidents.

MTPL covers damages caused to third parties in the event of a road accident caused by you. It does not cover damage to your own car or other expenses related to its repair.

Casco is suitable for those who want to maximally protect their car from various risks.
MTPL is mandatory for all drivers and provides protection to third parties in the event of an accident caused by you.

Two important points: the content of the insurance contract and the reputation of the insurance company.

There are at least four clauses in the Casco contract that need to be carefully reviewed:

  • the sum insured for which your vehicle is protected. Ideally, it should be 100% of the real value of the vehicle — no more, no less;
  • risks — events in which damage to a vehicle is compensated, including theft and traffic accidents;
  • exceptions — situations where the driver will not receive compensation from the insurance company;
  • deductible — the portion of the damage that the insurance company will not compensate you for. It can be expressed as a percentage of the sum insured or as a monetary equivalent, for example, 100 euros. It is also possible to purchase a policy with no deductible.

All this information is included in the contract. If you need clarification, feel free to ask a representative of the insurance company. Be sure to ask what you need to do in the case of an insured event: what requirements you need to meet and what documentation you need to provide for the company to compensate for your damages. Ask for examples of other clients' practices so you can feel confident in making the right choice.

This is a car insurance program that protects against a specific list of risks both in Ukraine and abroad: for example, accidents and theft. Additionally, Casco protects the car from illegal actions, fire, or natural disasters such as heavy hail, wind, floods, and other similar incidents. This protection will apply if the car suffers sudden damage — for instance, if a tree or billboard falls on it.

Important: such insurance does not complement the mandatory auto liability insurance. Casco is a separate voluntary car insurance contract.

The cost does not depend on the number of drivers. Any person who is legally permitted to do so can drive the vehicle.

On the whole territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories, no matter where you purchased it. Even if you bought Casco in Kyiv, went on a business trip and had a traffic accident there, the coverage will work. Reliable insurance companies can offer a policy that is valid throughout Europe. It is perfect for those who travel by car outside Ukraine.

UNIQA's Casco is also available in Europe, Turkey and Georgia.

Direct damage settlement is a system in which your insurance company, which has insured your civil liability, compensates for damage related to the damage or destruction of your car, even if the at-fault driver is insured by another company. Currently, there are only 11 insurance companies in Ukraine that participate in the direct settlement system.

  • Direct settlement of the event with a company you trust.
  • Low insurance premium.
  • No vehicle value assessment.
  • Payment is made without applying proportion.
  • The number of drivers legally allowed to operate the vehicle is unlimited.
  • Possibility to conclude the contract without visiting the office – online.

The policyholder can be an enterprise, institution, organization, or other legal entity.

"Protection from Others' Mistakes" covers only the risks of accidents involving two or more vehicles and covers the repair costs for your car within the chosen limit if your driver is not at fault for the accident.

Casco is a more comprehensive insurance that covers a wide range of risks, including damage to your car regardless of who is at fault for the accident, as well as risks such as theft, fire, natural disasters, and other unforeseen situations. Payouts under such a policy are based on the market value of the car.

If the property is subject to a bank lien, it can be insured, with the bank mandatorily being the beneficiary of the insurance policy. Banks typically establish a procedure for accrediting (admitting) insurance companies to insure collateral items. Please verify the availability of accreditation with our specialists.

The cost of insurance depends on several factors, including:

  • Type of insurance: life, health, auto, property, liability.
  • Sum insured: the amount of coverage affects the cost of insurance. The higher the sum insured, the higher the premiums.
  • Age and health of the insured: younger and healthier individuals often pay less for life and health insurance.
  • Condition of the insured object: for auto insurance, the age, model, and condition of the vehicle are important. For property, the material it is built from and its usage are considered.
  • Location: the place of residence or location of the insured object can affect the risks and, accordingly, the cost of insurance.
  • History of insurance claims: the presence of previous claims can increase the cost of insurance.
  • Selected options and additional coverage: additional options and extended coverage also affect the final cost.

You can insure various aspects of your activities and assets:

  • Property insurance: Protection of buildings, offices, equipment, warehouse goods, and other material assets from risks such as fire, flooding, theft, and other damages.
  • Liability insurance: Compensation for damages that may be caused to third parties as a result of the company's activities. For example, professional liability, civil liability, product liability.
  • Employee insurance: Life and health insurance for employees, accident insurance, medical insurance.
  • Auto insurance: Insurance for company vehicles, including coverage for accidents, theft, and damage.
  • Business interruption insurance: Protection against financial losses if the business has to suspend its operations due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Cyber insurance: Protection against risks associated with cybercrime, including data theft, hacking, and other cyber threats.

These types of insurance will help you protect your assets, ensure business continuity, and minimize financial risks.

A feature of the mini CASCO policy is the payment of a fixed amount, the amount of which is chosen by the car owner when concluding the contract. The following conditions must be met in order to receive compensation:

  • The accident must be officially documented - using the European protocol or by representatives of the National Police patrol service;
  • It must be established which driver is to blame for the accident. Depending on this, the amount of the deductible will change.

After submitting an application for an insured event, the company decides on the amount of the deductible and the payment of compensation in the amount of the sum insured.

Yes, an MTPL (mandatory civil liability insurance for vehicle owners) must be concluded for any vehicle that is registered and used on public roads, regardless of whether the owner is an individual or a legal entity.

The main feature of this insurance program is its simplicity and transparency. You can apply for My CASCO drive online and adjust the terms of the contract according to your wishes.

Among other advantages:

  • no need to inspect and evaluate the car before concluding the contract;
  • the ability to expand insurance coverage and add protection against theft and total destruction of the car.

Understanding what mini CASCO is, you can make the right choice and protect your car from the main risks.

  • Non-residential office
  • Commercial property
  • Industrial and warehouse property

The car insurance program is most suitable for the following categories of drivers

  • those who have recently bought a vehicle and are not quite confident in real situations on the roads;
  • motorists who believe that the list of insured events under the standard Casco is too wide and the price is too high;
  • car owners who do not rely on payments under a motor vehicle liability insurance policy and want to protect themselves as much as possible from expenses that may arise after an accident.

Mini Casco allows you to feel confident on the road and save money when buying insurance.

The cost of insurance depends on:

  • Insurance amount: the coverage amount affects the cost of insurance. The higher the insurance amount, the higher the premiums.
  • Condition of the insured property: year of construction, material, and nature of use.
  • Location: the location of the insured property can affect risks and, consequently, the cost of insurance.
  • Claims history: previous insurance claims can increase the cost of insurance.
  • Selected options and additional coverages: additional options and expanded coverages also affect the final cost.

Many drivers are looking for an affordable hull insurance for their car. This program is exactly that. On the one hand, the policy compares favorably in price and is cheaper than a standard voluntary car insurance contract. On the other hand, it provides incomplete coverage and is a guarantee of receiving payments if your car has an accident on the road.

The program differs from full Casco in that it covers a limited number of risks. Also, under the terms of mini Casco, the policyholder receives a fixed payment. The difference from the CTP policy is that it gives you the opportunity to receive payments for the restoration of your own car.

Health and Life insurance is one of the most widespread personal financial protection tools globally. According to recent estimates, 20% to 95% of citizens in Europe utilize it, depending on the country. In Austria, the home country of UNIQA, the life insurance coverage rate exceeds 90% of the population. In Ukraine, life insurance is a voluntary service. You can purchase a policy not only for yourself or your family but also to insure your employees under a corporate program. Each option has its advantages.

The program was developed by the specialists of our insurance company to support all car drivers in Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine. This option of mini Casco allows you to receive compensation if your car has suffered from an accident.

Road accidents are the most popular cause of car damage. With our insurance policy, a motorist will be able to cover losses if:

  • he/she made a mistake on the road and is the culprit of the accident;
  • the accident occurred through no fault of his own.

In each of these cases, the driver can count on the payment of the sum insured stipulated in the terms of the contract.

The main objective is to build personal capital and create a financial safety net for various life situations. Primarily, this refers to retirement capital, but you can also save for other purposes, such as your children's education or starting your own business. The insurance company accrues investment income on the contributions made, and due to the long accumulation period of 10, 15, or even 30-40 years, this income multiplies according to the rule of compound interest.

A savings policy is usually combined with term life insurance. It provides payouts in case of adverse life circumstances, such as disability due to illness or accident. In the most challenging situations, when a person passes away prematurely, the benefits are received by their loved ones – the beneficiaries specified in the contract. Thus, a life insurance policy is an important financial security tool not only for the insured person but also for their family, children, and anyone else who depends on the person holding the insurance.

Anyone with financial obligations to their family – primarily minor children or elderly parents – should consider getting a policy. It is also beneficial if you have significant financial goals and want to achieve them with minimal risks. While savings insurance doesn't offer exceptionally high investment returns, it ensures safe accumulation of funds. The government imposes strict requirements on Ukrainian insurance companies regarding their financial reliability and methods for safeguarding clients' funds. The key is to choose an insurer that strictly adheres to these requirements.

There are many important factors, and understanding them on your own can be very challenging. In what currency will the savings be accumulated? What life risks will the policy cover? For what period is it best to sign the contract? And most importantly, which company should you trust with your money and future plans? These fundamental questions are just the beginning, so we recommend seeking answers with UNIQA Life experts. Leave a request on our website, and we will definitely help you.

Accumulation life insurance is a type of insurance that combines life protection for the policyholder with the possibility of capital accumulation, providing payouts both in case of death and at the end of the contract term. This type of insurance allows the insured person to save and increase their savings, providing financial support for themselves and their loved ones. These are regular contributions and a lump-sum payment of the accumulated amount after the contract term.

It depends on many factors:

  • Age (the younger, the lower the rate);
  • Gender (women have a lower rate than men);
  • Set of risks and insurance programs (exclusively risk of death, pension, savings, death from any cause, or disability).
  • Survival to a certain term (end of the insurance contract);
  • Accidental death (in this case, the insurance amount doubles);
  • Disability;
  • Death (from any cause).
  • First diagnosed during the insurance contract period: myocardial infarction, stroke, malignant tumors, kidney failure, paralysis, blindness;
  • Surgery for coronary artery bypass grafting or transplant of a vital organ (heart, lung, liver, kidney, pancreas, bone marrow) performed on the insured person during the contract period.

The answer is simple – feel more confident.

Usually at the age of 30-35, a person realizes how valuable their life and health are. The future depends on today's activities, such as the ability to save for retirement. A person's well-being largely determines the fate of their children, elderly parents, and sometimes even business partners and employees.

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee of healthy longevity. As a result, financial protection through life insurance has become the norm in many countries. There is an opinion that having insurance is a duty to your family, relatives, civic duty and simply a necessity.

However, today this service is becoming popular in Ukraine as well.

According to Ukrainian law, everyone in our country can use voluntary life and health insurance. It allows you to build personal savings for 5, 10, 15 or even 30 years while protecting your health financially. Therefore, all life programs can be divided into two broad groups: endowment and risk-based. They can be used together or separately. Each type of protection has its own specifics.

The service is similar to a bank deposit – long term and with regular replenishment. Additional income is accrued on the accumulated amount and the client receives this money at the end of the contract.

Important: An endowment program is very different from a deposit. It is also possible to receive a payment not only after contract expiration, but also in difficult life situations – disability, accident. The client will receive the money, and in the most difficult situations, their loved ones.

It provides protection in the event of health problems: injury, surgery, or a serious illness that requires expensive treatment. Sudden death is another possible risk.

In this situation, the insurer will pay you the amount specified in the policy in advance.

The money can be used as you see fit. For example, to pay for medical services, rehabilitation, loss of income, or financial support for the family.

It is not easy to understand the nuances of life insurance, so an online calculator will not help. We recommend that you seek professional advice to help you choose the best life and health insurance policy.

Important: You can purchase a policy with UNIQA for yourself or your family. We also offer corporate programs. They will be useful for responsible employers – anyone who wants to provide a reliable social package to their team.

Health Insurance allows you to get medical care for sudden illnesses or exacerbations of chronic health problems.

UNIQA organizes the treatment of its clients in partner clinics throughout Ukraine, arranges for an ambulance and a doctor at home, and payment for medications. Such a policy covers most of the costs of medical services and the purchase of medicines prescribed by a doctor. This service is suitable for those who value comfort and quality of treatment.

The cost of a voluntary health insurance (VHI) policy depends on the insurance amount and the set of options. On average, the ratio between coverage and price is 1:12. The insurance company may set limits on services (dentistry, elective surgery, etc.) within the range of 500–5000 UAH, increasing which will affect the price.

  • A doctor's consultation that has not been approved by UNIQA medical assistance.
  • Visits to a dietitian, plastic surgeon, and some other doctors.
  • Preventive visits.

The insurance covers physical damage of varying degrees of severity sustained as a result of a road accident, natural disaster, unlawful actions of third parties, electric shock, or other sudden events. Damage includes injuries, mutilations, burns, frostbite, poisoning, wounds, and more.

Voluntary medical insurance for employees is an important investment in the health and well-being of your team. It provides access to quality medical services, contributing to faster recovery and reducing the number of sick days. It also increases employee loyalty and motivation, improving the overall atmosphere in the team. Caring for employees' health is the key to your business's success.

Accident insurance operates 24/7, anywhere in Ukraine or around the world. Problems can arise during a walk, on the way to work, or on vacation. Injuries often occur during business trips, while engaging in amateur sports – at the gym or during a regular run. The typical policy duration is 1 year.

Important: For employees in certain professions in Ukraine, compulsory social insurance against workplace accidents is in effect. This is provided by the state, so such protection covers only injuries sustained at work. This is why voluntary accident insurance remains relevant for individuals who already have a mandatory policy.

The maximum allowable age is 65 years

Glory to Ukraine!

Insurance protection does not apply to cases of seizure, confiscation, requisition, arrest by authority orders, and destruction or damage of a vehicle/property due to mines, bombs, and other means of warfare unless otherwise explicitly stated in the insurance contract. Damages caused by military actions, such as fires resulting from combat, are not compensated. Cases involving the civilian population directly or indirectly related to military actions and their consequences are reviewed and compensation decisions are made according to the terms of the contract.

The contract does not apply to:

  • Temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine as defined by the legislative acts of Ukraine,
  • Territories within our state where government authorities are temporarily unable to exercise their powers,
  • Settlements located on the front line or in the zone of military operations of any kind, regardless of the official recognition of war by legal standards.

Please report all insurance cases. We collect information about incidents. After studying the circumstances of all events and analyzing each situation, a decision will be made regarding the payment of compensation.

Currently, the life of every individual is primarily influenced by the war, but we must not forget other risks. Road traffic accidents continue to occur, fires and flooding of premises are reported. Unfortunately, the number of illnesses and injuries does not decrease. Moreover, mandatory insurance remains in effect in Ukraine.

Insurance coverage by categories:

Medical Insurance. We provide services for organizing medical assistance in Ukraine under all voluntary medical insurance contracts. Doctor consultations are conducted directly at partner clinics or in an online consultation format, depending on the current situation in the insured's region.

CASCO. Insurance protection continues to work. We compensate for peacetime risks, such as traffic accidents and theft, as well as wartime risks. Under the standard CASCO contracts, insurance protection is valid not only in Ukraine but also in Europe, except for russia and belarus.

MTPL During the state of war, the requirement for auto liability insurance has not been cancelled. The main goal is to guarantee compensation for damages in case of road accidents. We continue to regulate in the usual mode according to the requirements of the law. The law provides for compensation for property damage up to 250,000 hryvnias and for life and health of third parties up to 500,000 hryvnias. You can increase the limit from 500 thousand hryvnias to 1 million hryvnias by purchasing the voluntary auto liability policy 'My Auto Liability+'.

Property. Insurance protection works the same as before the onset of hostilities. All standard risks, such as fire, damage due to natural disasters, and flooding risks are covered. Risks of loss or damage to property are covered if they are not related to military actions or the state of war, which can also include requisition or nationalization.

Travel insurance. Insurance programs include organization of services for receiving outpatient care, emergency hospitalization, and dental services. We have allowed policies to be taken out from abroad. Now, the policy can be extended remotely and paid online.

Life and health insurance. For life insurance, accidental death, and health insurance in case of illness, events not related to military actions and their consequences are regulated and compensated without restrictions. Cases related to military actions are not compensated.

Green Card. According to changes in the legislation, starting from April 5, 2022, 'Green Card' contracts purchased in Ukraine do not operate in the territory of russia and belarus.

A “Green Card” international insurance policy issued for a vehicle remains valid even after a change of ownership. This is because it is the vehicle itself, rather than a specific individual, that is insured, and the coverage remains in effect until the policy expires.

As for changes in registration details (for example, replacement of license plates or the vehicle’s registration location in Ukraine), the insurance policy also remains valid and does not require renewal. The only situation in which a new policy must be issued is when the vehicle is re-registered in another country.

In such a situation, the insurance policy issued in Ukraine will no longer be valid—the new owner must purchase a “Green Card” at the vehicle’s place of registration.

If you’re involved in a traffic accident abroad, the first step is to ensure everyone’s safety and call the police if required by local regulations. Next, contact UNIQA and report the incident, following the instructions provided. It is important to complete all paperwork on-site. To submit documents for a claim, you may need a police report, photos and videos from the scene, and the contact information of those involved.

An insurance company representative will help determine the claims process and provide guidance on the next steps. Following these guidelines allows you to receive compensation as quickly as possible and avoid issues with local authorities.

No, as of 2025, there is no longer a requirement to have a printed copy of the contract. Ukraine has joined an international system that recognizes electronic insurance documents. Now, to cross the border, it is sufficient to present an electronic “Green Card” on a smartphone or other device.

The digital document has the same legal validity as the printed version. At the same time, the MTIBU advises that in some cases, it is still a good idea to have a printed copy (for example, if you are traveling to countries where there is no stable mobile internet).

Under a “Green Card” agreement, the insured party is considered to be the vehicle owner or the person operating the vehicle. The policy covers the driver's civil liability, meaning that anyone who drives the vehicle with the owner's permission is covered by the insurance.

There are usually no restrictions on the number of drivers or their driving experience. The main requirement is that the driver has a valid license and follows traffic rules. The only caveat: insurance coverage does not apply in cases of driving without a license or while intoxicated.

No, this is not possible in Ukraine. Such a policy can only be obtained in the country where the vehicle is officially registered. In this case, the driver must contact the insurance company in the country where the vehicle is registered. This is an international requirement of the Green Card system, which applies equally to all participating countries.

Therefore, to avoid problems at customs or when traveling abroad, owners of foreign-registered vehicles should obtain an insurance policy in advance in the country where the vehicle is registered.

Verifying the validity of your Green Card is an important step before traveling abroad. The most reliable way to do this is to check the MTIBU Centralized Database. To do this:

  • go to the official MTIBU website (https://mtsbu.ua/) and select the section “Verification of the validity of the ‘Green Card’ insurance certificate” (https://policy.mtsbu.ua/#tab2) in the “Services” section;
  • enter the policy number and the date for which you wish to check the validity.

The system will display one of the following statuses: “Valid,” “Issued but not in effect,” or “Invalid or not found.”

If the information is not found, you should contact the insurance company with which the policy was issued.

Yes, a Green Card policy can be valid for travel through several countries at once, provided they are all part of the international Green Card system. When purchasing the insurance policy, you choose the option that suits your needs: either a policy valid in all participating countries, or special coverage limited to trips to Moldova and Azerbaijan.

It is important to correctly determine your route and choose the appropriate package, as an insurance policy issued for a limited number of countries will not be valid in other countries. Once you have obtained a Green Card, you will not need to renew the policy at every border.

In theory, you can apply for a Green Card at the border, but there is an important caveat. The policy takes effect only the day after it is issued (https://mtsbu.ua/news/post/do-uvagi-vodiyiv-z-2025-roku-zelena-kartka-pochne-diyati-tilki-na-nastupnij-den-pislya-yiyi-oformlennya). This means that you are effectively without insurance coverage on the day of purchase, which creates risks in the event of a document check or a traffic accident.

That is why you should not put this off until the last minute, but rather obtain the “Green Card” at home before departure. This will save time at the border, ensure continuous insurance coverage, and allow you to feel confident immediately after leaving Ukraine.

To apply for a “Green Card” online, simply submit an application on the UNIQA insurance company’s website. You fill out the form, provide your contact information, and submit the request. After that, a representative will clarify all the details regarding your upcoming trip and issue the insurance policy.

You can pay for the policy online, and you will receive the final document via email.

The price of a “Green Card” is determined based on several key factors:

  • the type of vehicle (passenger car, truck, trailer, motorcycle, or bus);
  • the duration of coverage (policies can be issued for periods ranging from 15 days to 1 year);
  • the countries you plan to visit (this can include all participating countries or just some of them).

For an accurate calculation of the insurance cost, it is best to consult a company specialist who will take all the details into account and help you arrange an insurance policy specifically for your trip.

The “Green Card” is an international motor vehicle liability insurance policy. You need this document if you plan to travel abroad in your own car. The main purpose of the policy is to cover damages you may cause to third parties in the event of a traffic accident in countries participating in the Green Card insurance system.

Countries that recognize the “Green Card” include most European nations, Turkey, Georgia, and others. Officials may check for proof of insurance when you cross the border.

Comprehensive insurance is a voluntary type of insurance designed to protect your vehicle from unforeseen circumstances. Unlike liability insurance, which is mandatory and covers damage caused to other road users, comprehensive insurance is designed to compensate the car owner for losses. This means that if your car is damaged by a falling tree, a billboard, or due to the careless actions of others, the insurance company will cover the repair costs.

It is important to remember that comprehensive insurance does not replace auto liability insurance and is not a supplement to it. It is a separate contract that is concluded at the owner’s discretion. Together, these two types of insurance provide comprehensive protection: auto liability insurance protects others, while comprehensive insurance protects you.

Comprehensive insurance covers a wide range of risks, so car owners can feel much more at ease behind the wheel. The insurance policy applies in cases of traffic accidents (even if you are at fault), vehicle theft, fire, explosion, lightning strikes, falling objects, damage caused by natural disasters, or unlawful acts by third parties. This means that in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the insurance company covers all costs associated with repairing the vehicle within the scope of the policy.

At the same time, each policy includes certain limitations. For example, insurance compensation is not paid if you were driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or grossly violated traffic rules.

The price of a comprehensive insurance policy depends on several key factors:

  • the insured amount, which should correspond to the vehicle’s actual market value;
  • the range of risks covered by the insurance policy. The broader the list of situations in which the company assumes financial liability (e.g., theft, traffic accidents, natural disasters), the higher the policy price will be;
  • exclusions, i.e., circumstances under which compensation is not paid. Their presence or number can also affect the premium;
  • the deductible, i.e., the portion of the loss that the owner covers themselves. It can be a fixed amount or a percentage of the insured amount.

Accordingly, the cost of comprehensive insurance is always individual, so before signing, it is worth carefully reviewing all the terms of the contract and, if necessary, asking for clarification from an insurance company expert.

Some drivers mistakenly believe that comprehensive auto insurance is valid only within Ukraine, but in reality, its coverage is much broader. The policy is valid throughout the entire country, with the exception of temporarily occupied regions, and this does not depend on the city where you purchased it.

In addition, the insurance coverage is valid abroad, specifically in most European countries, as well as in Turkey and Georgia. This is very convenient for those who frequently travel in their own car or go on business trips.

It is important to note that the specific list of countries is specified in the contract, so we recommend carefully reviewing these terms before your trip.

If an insured event occurs, it is important to act quickly and correctly. First and foremost, do not leave the scene of the incident and notify UNIQA within three hours. Follow all instructions from the specialist you are in contact with. If there are other parties involved in the incident, ensure it is properly documented: call the police or fill out a European accident report (provided there are no injuries, the drivers have valid insurance policies, there is agreement on liability, and there are no signs of intoxication).

You can submit the documents for reimbursement in a convenient way: via a chatbot on Viber or Telegram, or directly at the service center recommended by the company. Do not begin repair work until you receive written permission from an authorized company representative.

To file an insurance claim, you must submit the following documents:

  • a claim form;
  • an accident report or police documents (accident diagram, reports, statements from those involved);
  • copies of the driver’s license, vehicle registration certificate, the owner’s passport or ID card, and TIN;
  • photos of the vehicle from all sides and of the damage.

If the payment is not made to the owner, documents confirming their right to receive compensation are required. If available, include photos or videos from the scene of the accident and a repair shop invoice.

UNIQA Insurance will decide whether to approve or deny the claim within 5 business days of receiving the complete set of documents. The compensation itself will also be transferred within 5 business days to the specified account details.

The number of drivers and their driving experience are not limited by the terms of the comprehensive insurance policy; in other words, the insurance coverage will apply regardless of who was behind the wheel at the time of the accident. This could be the vehicle owner, a family member, or another person to whom the vehicle was entrusted. The main requirement is that the driver holds a valid license and complies with traffic laws.

At the same time, there are standard exceptions. The insurance policy does not cover cases where the person behind the wheel did not have a license, was under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or where the accident occurred as a result of intentional actions.

Comprehensive insurance is one of the most comprehensive types of coverage for a vehicle, but the policy always clearly specifies a list of exclusions where no compensation is provided. First and foremost, this applies to situations where the driver was operating the vehicle without a license or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Other exceptions include:

  • operation in gross violation of the manufacturer’s technical requirements;
  • damage due to a manufacturing defect or natural wear and tear of parts;
  • damage due to careless handling of fire, use of low-quality fuel, an incompatible charger for an electric vehicle, or the transport of hazardous substances or animals in
  • the passenger compartment.

Under the terms of partial comprehensive insurance, losses related to military actions are not covered.

After an insured event occurs, vehicle repairs are typically carried out at partner service centers that work with UNIQA Insurance. This allows us to monitor the quality of the work and approve invoices for payment more quickly. You will be provided with a list of service centers where you can have your car repaired.

We also offer the option to choose a service station yourself. In that case, the insurance company can either pay the service station directly or reimburse the owner after receiving the invoices. Therefore, it is advisable to discuss this matter with the company’s experts before starting the repairs.

In most cases, once repairs are complete, the vehicle must be inspected by a representative of the UNIQA insurance company. This is necessary to verify the quality of the work performed and to confirm that the damage has been properly repaired. The inspection can be conducted directly at the repair shop or at a designated location.

The procedure takes little time but is an important step in closing the insurance claim. Therefore, it is worth setting aside some time for it and calmly completing all the formalities to avoid future disputes between both parties.

UNIQA Insurance offers the option to purchase select comprehensive insurance policies online. Typically, the process begins by calculating the cost of the insurance using an online calculator. Next, you select the terms of the policy and fill out a form with the car owner’s information. You will need to provide:

  • passport number or ID card number;
  • tax ID number;
  • vehicle registration number;
  • chassis number;
  • driver’s contact information.

After payment, the policy is sent to the specified email address and appears in the myUNIQA mobile app.

The comprehensive CASCO policy is issued after the application is submitted and the vehicle is inspected by a UNIQA expert.

You can only purchase comprehensive insurance for a vehicle that has official documents and is registered in accordance with current legislation. If the vehicle was imported from abroad and has not yet been registered in Ukraine, it will not be possible to enter into a full comprehensive insurance policy.

The same applies to cars with U.S. license plates. Therefore, to fully insure a car under comprehensive insurance programs, it is best to ensure official registration immediately after importing it into Ukraine.

Yes, UNIQA offers flexible payment terms for comprehensive auto insurance. You can pay the full amount at once in a single payment or split it into two installments over the course of the year. Insurance coverage takes full effect from the first day of the policy, even if only the first installment has been paid.

Keep in mind that you must strictly adhere to the payment schedule. If you miss a payment, the insurance company may suspend the policy or refuse to pay out. Therefore, before opting for an installment plan, make sure that meeting the payment deadlines won’t be a problem.

A deductible is the portion of the loss that the car owner covers out of pocket. It can be set as a fixed amount (for example, 2,000 or 5,000 UAH) or as a percentage of the insured amount (for example, 0.5%, 1%, or 2%).

For example, if the deductible is 2% and the insured amount is 500,000 UAH, then in the event of a claim, the owner pays 10,000 UAH out of pocket, and the insurance company covers the remainder. The higher the deductible, the lower the cost of the policy itself, since the owner assumes part of the risk.

If, however, you want any losses to be covered without your participation, you can take out a policy without a deductible; however, the price will be higher.

Choosing comprehensive auto insurance is a personal decision. Insurance terms and costs can vary significantly. UNIQA Insurance offers several plans with different sets of options. To choose the best option, we recommend following these steps:

  • review the terms of each plan available on the website;
  • calculate the cost of the comprehensive insurance policy online or request a price quote from the company’s experts;
  • carefully compare the program options and choose the one that best meets your expectations.

An insurance policy selected in this way will truly provide coverage in the event of unforeseen situations.

If you paid for medical services out of pocket and arranged payment with us in advance, these expenses are eligible for reimbursement. In this case, it is very important to keep all financial documents and submit them to us for review via Viber or Telegram chat.

Generally, you should report an insured event as soon as possible. It is best to do so immediately after the event occurs.

If you receive emergency medical care for conditions that threaten the insured person’s life, or in cases of unconsciousness, you should report the insured event as soon as possible.

It is important to notify the insurance company as soon as possible. We recommend that you contact the assistance service immediately after a situation arises that requires assistance.

When contacting them, you must provide your insurance policy number, your location, a description of the circumstances of the incident, and any other information requested by the specialists. Delaying notification can lead to complications in resolving the situation, so it is important to act without delay.

An insured event is defined as a sudden illness (including an exacerbation of a chronic condition) that poses a threat to life or health and requires immediate medical attention. Other insured events include injury or health issues resulting from an accident, death, acute toothache, or complications during pregnancy up to 28 weeks, among others.

In addition to medical risks, a travel insurance policy may cover other unforeseen situations during a trip: loss of luggage by an airline, flight cancellation or delay, loss or theft of personal documents, and legal fees or bail in the event of legal claims abroad.

Important: if the trip abroad is related to scheduled medical treatment or the traveler wishes to consult foreign doctors for a preventive checkup, the policy will not apply. It protects against unexpected health issues requiring emergency or urgent care.

Purchasing travel insurance for a child is simple and follows the same process as for adults.

When purchasing on the website, you must select the travel dates and country, provide the first and last name as they appear on the international passport, date of birth, passport series and number, as well as the contact information of one of the parents or a legal guardian. These contact details will be used to communicate with you in the event of a claim.

Yes, if your insurance policy specifies a coverage area that includes all countries along your route. For example, if the policy covers Europe, the insurance will be valid in France, Germany, Italy, and other European countries without the need to purchase separate policies.

If you choose the “Worldwide” coverage option, this means you can travel to any country in the world and remain covered. Please note: the policy is not valid in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, Nepal, or in countries where armed conflicts are taking place.

Yes, travel insurance policies cover medical treatment in the event of COVID-19. The insurance will cover outpatient treatment up to a limit of 1,000 euros, emergency care, and inpatient treatment within the policy limit.

Standard travel insurance typically covers only compensation for lost luggage. To expand your coverage, we recommend choosing the comprehensive plan. Under the terms of this plan, if your luggage is lost by the airline, you are entitled to compensation.

Expenses related to flight delays or cancellations are also covered. Additionally, the plan provides assistance in the event of the loss or theft of personal documents. Another benefit is coverage for legal fees or bail in the event of legal issues in the country of travel.

Yes, you can purchase a travel insurance policy for a group of up to 4 people at once. This policy lists the details of all insured individuals, and the terms and coverage amounts are the same for everyone. This simplifies the process for families or groups of friends traveling together.

At the same time, each participant is entitled to the full scope of medical services under the policy, regardless of who specifically seeks assistance. If you need to insure a group of 5 or more people, submit a request, and our managers will assist you in resolving this matter.

The terms of the contract may be amended by mutual agreement of the parties. This is done in writing or electronically by drawing up a new contract. If your circumstances while abroad change in the future (for example, if you plan to engage in extreme sports), you may be required to pay an additional fee.

You don’t need to print out your electronic travel insurance policy. It’s enough to save it on your phone and be able to access the file without an internet connection. However, some countries may require a paper copy when you apply for a visa or cross the border.

Therefore, it is advisable to check the border crossing requirements in advance or to have both an electronic and a paper copy. This will give you peace of mind in any situation.

Yes, an insurance policy purchased on the uniqa.ua website can be extended for up to 5 days. This service is available to customers who purchased the policy while in Ukraine and are temporarily staying abroad longer than planned (for example, if the departure date has been postponed, a business trip has been extended, or other unforeseen circumstances have arisen).

This does not apply to individuals who permanently reside abroad.

No, you must purchase travel insurance before your trip begins, that is, before leaving Ukraine. The policy is not valid if the insured person is already abroad at the time of purchase. That is why it is important to arrange it in advance.

You will need a passport to purchase travel insurance. If you are insuring multiple people, you will need the details for each of them.

When selecting the policy options, you should also specify the exact travel dates, the countries you plan to visit, and the type of trip (beach vacation, business trip, active vacation, or extreme sports). You can purchase the policy online.

For travel to EU countries, the minimum insurance coverage required by the Visa Code is €30,000. For trips to the U.S., Canada, or countries with high medical costs, as well as if you are planning an active vacation or a long-term stay in another country, we recommend choosing a coverage limit of €50,000.

A standard travel insurance policy covers sudden illness, flare-ups of chronic conditions, and other situations where a traveler needs urgent medical care abroad. Other risks include the consequences of accidents, injuries, acute toothaches, pregnancy complications, and more.

An extended insurance plan will help in situations that could ruin a trip, such as flight delays or cancellations, or the loss or theft of documents.

Important: if the trip abroad is related to scheduled medical treatment or the traveler wishes to consult foreign doctors for a preventive checkup, the policy will not apply. It protects against unexpected health issues requiring emergency, urgent care.

The policy guarantees the organization and coverage of medical care in the event of illness or injury while traveling and may also include additional services: compensation for lost luggage or documents, flight delays, or the need for legal assistance.

In many countries, having travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for obtaining a visa. If you are traveling visa-free, an insurance policy will help you avoid significant financial expenses, as medical services abroad are much more expensive than in Ukraine.

Yes, but with certain restrictions. Most common chronic conditions do not prevent you from obtaining a policy. However, there are exceptions that are not covered by the insurance company. For example, individuals with uncompensated forms of diseases of the cardiovascular, endocrine, excretory, nervous, and musculoskeletal systems, as well as a history of malignant neoplasms, cannot be insured.

In addition, insurance is not issued to individuals suffering from mental and behavioral disorders, tuberculosis, alcoholism, drug addiction, or substance abuse. Therefore, if you have a chronic illness, we recommend discussing all the details with a consultant before signing the contract.

A health insurance policy can be issued for an individual or for family members (up to 5 people). UNIQA offers coverage for adults aged 16 to 59 and children from birth to age 15.

This option is convenient for families, as a single policy covers medical services for all family members listed in it.

The voluntary health insurance policy is valid at a network of partner clinics with which the insurance company UNIQA collaborates. Most of these are first-class medical facilities. You will receive a list of partners when you sign the policy, and you can also view it on the website or in the mobile app.

Under the terms of the insurance program, in certain cases you may seek treatment at other medical facilities, but to receive compensation, you must comply with the company’s rules regarding self-referral.

Many insurance plans cover the cost of medications if they are prescribed by a doctor who is part of the insurance company’s network of partners. This may be a full reimbursement or partial compensation within the limits of the coverage amount. UNIQA works with specific pharmacies where you can pick up your medications.

If you purchased the medication on your own but based on a doctor’s prescription, be sure to keep the prescription and receipt so you can submit them to receive reimbursement. For details on medication reimbursement, please contact our consultants via the myUNIQA app.

Yes, modern voluntary health insurance plans offer the option of receiving a remote medical consultation. You can consult a doctor via video call, receive recommendations and treatment advice, and in some cases, a referral for further testing.

Comprehensive insurance plans include initial online consultations when you first contact a doctor with a specific issue, as well as follow-up consultations to monitor the progress of treatment or receive clarification on prescribed procedures.

It depends on the specific plan. A voluntary health insurance policy typically covers you anywhere within our country. If you are planning a trip abroad, this type of coverage generally does not cover medical treatment or emergency care in another country.

If you frequently travel abroad for business or leisure, or if you want to protect your children’s health, you should consider other insurance plans offered by our company.

If you want to request a house call or schedule an appointment, please contact Medical Assistance first via the myUNIQA app. Our specialists will arrange a consultation, recommend the nearest partner medical facility, or help you schedule a specialist visit. Calling a doctor on your own without prior approval may result in a denial of coverage.

In an emergency situation where you need to call an ambulance, you can do so immediately without first contacting Medical Assistance. As soon as possible, you must notify UNIQA of the incident (but no later than two days after paying for medical services or being discharged from the hospital). This is necessary so that the company can confirm the insurance claim and reimburse the costs.

Yes, this is possible, but there are a few important conditions. If you plan to visit a doctor or medical facility that does not partner with UNIQA, you must coordinate this visit with Medical Assistance in advance. If this is not possible, you can pay for the treatment out of pocket and then submit the documents for reimbursement.

To do this, you must notify the insurance company (via the myUNIQA app or chatbot) no later than the date and time of the visit, and no earlier than ten days before it. If the doctor prescribes additional tests or treatment after the appointment, you must report this within two business days.

Next, you submit all the documents via the chatbot according to the list specified in the contract and await a decision. If necessary, the company may request additional confirmation.

First and foremost, contact Medical Assistance before seeing a doctor. You will need to provide the insured person’s last name, first name, and date of birth, as well as the policy number; describe the reason for the visit; provide your address and contact phone number; and specify whether a sick leave certificate is required.

Next, you must carefully follow the instructions you receive. When visiting a doctor or hospital, be sure to bring a form of identification: a passport, driver’s license, or the policy card in the myUNIQA app.

An insured event is a situation covered by your policy in which the insurance company is obligated to pay for medical services or reimburse expenses. This may include acute and chronic illnesses, a sudden deterioration in health, as well as injuries or other health conditions.

It is important to understand that the insurance company assesses the situation strictly within the terms of the policy. To avoid misunderstandings, always read the terms carefully before signing the policy, clarify all details with an advisor, and choose a plan that meets your needs.

Every policy includes a list of exclusions—situations in which the insurance company will not cover medical treatment. Most commonly, these include visits to a dietitian or plastic surgeon, as well as preventive care visits. Additionally, consultations with doctors who have not been approved by UNIQA’s medical assistance team will not be covered.

In addition, there are exclusions regarding the treatment of certain rare diseases (for example, uncompensated forms of diseases of the cardiovascular, endocrine, excretory, nervous, musculoskeletal, and other systems, as well as a history of malignant neoplasms).

Treatment for addictions and compensation for injuries resulting from alcohol or drug intoxication are not covered. Before signing the contract, it is important to carefully read the section “Insurance Risks and Limitations.”

Not all services are included in standard health insurance plans, and it is important to keep this in mind when signing the policy. Typically, an insurance policy covers treatment for acute and chronic illnesses, other health conditions, emergency care, or hospitalization.

Preventive medical checkups and vaccinations are not included in insurance plans. The reason is simple: a health insurance policy is designed to reimburse expenses in the event of illness.

Dental services are rarely included in standard health insurance plans. At our company, emergency dental care is included in the “My Health Premium” individual plans. This primarily covers urgent care for acute pain or dental injuries.

If this coverage is important to you, you should choose this specific plan. Treatment for cavities, tooth extractions, professional oral hygiene, and orthodontics are not included in insurance packages.

Most modern health insurance plans already cover treatment for COVID-19 and other acute respiratory viral infections, but the terms and conditions may vary. Basic plans typically cover outpatient treatment, online doctor consultations, and sick leave for up to 5 days, as well as emergency hospitalization if necessary.

Extended plans provide coverage for in-person doctor consultations, detailed diagnostics, and more. The amount of coverage is limited by the sum insured.

The list of illnesses and medical conditions covered by the policy depends on the plan selected. Basic plans typically include doctor visits, laboratory and diagnostic tests, treatment of acute conditions, and emergency care. Extended plans include diagnostic procedures such as CT scans and MRIs, as well as house calls for both children and adults.

There are also sometimes restrictions; for example, an insurance policy may not cover treatment for pre-existing serious illnesses if they were diagnosed before the policy was signed.

Yes, modern health insurance plans allow the insured person to seek medical care in any region of Ukraine. This means that if you are on a business trip, on vacation, or have moved to another city for a while, you can still receive care at medical facilities that partner with UNIQA.

You can find a complete list of such facilities in Ukraine on our website. Using the myUNIQA mobile app, you can find the nearest clinic. This is convenient for those who travel frequently or work in different regions.

Yes, and this is a very cost-effective option. With our company, you can include up to 5 people in the policy. These can be adults up to age 65 or children aged 0 to 17. This coverage will provide medical services for all family members listed in the policy.

Purchasing a “package” saves money and time, since all details are included in a single policy, and you can receive care at any medical facility that partners with the insurance company. To insure team members, UNIQA creates customized packages tailored to the field of activity and the specifics of the business.

The health insurance policy is valid for one year. During this period, you have access to all the covered services, and upon expiration, you can renew the policy for the next term.

It is important to note that in the event of early termination of the policy, the terms of reimbursement are governed by the rules specified in the policy.

You choose the effective date of the policy yourself. Please note that coverage begins the day after the policy is paid for and signed.

Some plans may include a so-called “waiting period” (usually lasting several days). This is necessary to prevent situations where a person attempts to purchase insurance only after a serious illness has been diagnosed.

First, take a look at the available plans on our website and decide what your priorities are. You’ll need to decide which insurance package to choose—standard or extended—and whether to include children in the policy.

You should also agree on the details of the insurance contract, including the coverage area, the sum insured, and other features. In the final step, you’ll need to provide the contact information for the insured individuals and make the payment.

Yes, we have barrier-free offices. You can view the list of accessible offices here. For more details about our accessibility policy, please visit the “Accessibility” page.

If you received such a notification, it means that a new MTPL policy has been issued for your vehicle, which resulted in the automatic termination of the previous policy for this vehicle in accordance with Part 10, Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On MTPL”.

If you would like to find out whether a refund of part of the unused insurance premium is available and what steps are required:
1. Complete the Refund Application by downloading it via the provided link.
2. Send the completed application together with a scanned copy of the vehicle registration certificate to boc@uniqa.ua.

Yes, motor third party liability insurance is mandatory even for those who have a motor hull insurance contract. Motor TPL and motor hull insurance are different types of insurance contracts. The purpose of motor third party liability insurance is to protect other road users from erroneous actions of the driver of the insured car, as well as the policyholder from large financial losses to compensate third parties. The absence of a motor third party liability insurance policy (MTPL) will result in a fine.

A CASCO insurance policy is a voluntary type of car insurance that allows you to receive compensation for the repair of your own car and not worry about communicating with the service station. In this case, the insurance company helps you choose a service station, the date of the repair, and pay the bills.

You can check the validity of your motor third party liability insurance through the official website of the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine using the contract number or the car's licence plate number. By accessing the portal, you will find out the status of your insurance as of the current date.

The MTIBU's specialised database can be used by representatives of the patrol service and other road users if they need to check insurance information. Additionally, information on the availability of a valid MTPL insurance contract is displayed in the official Diia app.

If the policy is not displayed in the Diia app, the reason may be that the contract has not yet entered into force (we remind you that the contract comes into force on the date specified in the document) or has already expired. Another reason may be the use of previous versions of the application. To avoid this, you should update the app.

To add a contract to Diia, check its validity on the website of the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine and try to update the data in the app. If the policy is still not displayed, contact the technical support service to re-submit the information to the system.

Electronic and paper versions of CTPCI are absolutely equivalent. Once the contract is executed in any form, the insurance information is entered into a specialised database of the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine.

You can check the validity of the contract at https://policy.mtsbu.ua/ using its number or the car number. The police and other services recognise an electronic policy without the need to print it on paper.

To draw up an insurance contract on our website, you need to enter the identification code, passport and contact details of the driver. You also need to provide information about the car: registration number, make, model, year of manufacture, body number.

To do this, you can use the data search service by state number plate: enter the car's state number plate, and the rest of the data will be automatically filled in. If a motorist is eligible for a discount, he or she needs to apply to the company's specialists. They will help you sign a contract on favourable terms.

The categories of citizens specified in the current law on compulsory motor insurance are entitled to take out an insurance contract with a 50% discount. These are people with disabilities, combatants, Chernobyl victims, and pensioners.

The right to preferential terms for purchasing insurance can be applied if a person owns a car with an engine capacity of up to 2500 cc or an electric motor power of up to 100 kW and uses the vehicle independently. Another condition is that the car cannot be used for commercial purposes.

Starting in 2025, following the adoption of a new law on compulsory motor insurance, all road users must have a valid motor vehicle insurance policy. However, the rules on the right to compensation for combatants and persons with war-related disabilities have come into force.

That is, if such persons have already purchased motor third party liability insurance, they may apply for compensation for expenses incurred when concluding a motor third party liability insurance contract during the martial law period and one year after its expiry. A refund mechanism has also been developed for those beneficiary policyholders who have taken out a contract since January 2025.

Motor third party liability covers the costs of third parties who suffer as a result of the driver's mistakes. In other words, in the event of an accident caused by the driver of the car specified in the contract, the insurer will reimburse the victims' material losses and medical expenses.

According to the law, the company is obliged to restore the damaged car to the condition it was in before the accident. The compensation for treatment is calculated on the basis of the documents provided by the victims confirming their expenses. The amount of payments is limited to the limits in force at the time of the insured event.

The price of compulsory motor insurance for drivers can vary. The cost of the contract depends on several important factors: the place of registration of the car owner, the type of vehicle and engine size. Also, in our company, we take into account the driver's age and driving history, because, according to statistics, older drivers drive more carefully and have more experience.

Those motorists who have a large number of accidents will have to pay more. You can calculate the cost of CTPCI using our online calculator.

The insurance company will organize and pay for medical assistance for the tourist if they suddenly encounter problems during the trip due to illness or an accident.
Important: if the trip abroad is related to planned treatment, or if the tourist wants to see foreign doctors for a preventive check-up, the policy will not work. It protects against unexpected health issues when emergency, urgent care is needed.

  • outpatient care in case of COVID-19 with a limit of 1000 euros;
