Protection of personal data
Pursuant to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" (hereinafter - the Law), the Insured and / or the Insured provides to the Insurance Company "UNIQA"and Insurance Company "UNIQA Life" (hereinafter - the Insurer) their full, unlimited consent to the processing of their personal data in any way provided for By law, entering them into the personal data bases of the Insurer and/or the Insured, transferring and/or providing access to third parties without obtaining the additional consent of the Insured and/or the Insured.
Processing of personal data is carried out by the Insurer for the purpose of proper fulfillment of the terms of the Agreement, investigation and conduct of insurance activities in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
The Insured and/or the Insured also agrees to offer the Insurer services to him/her, including by making direct contacts with him/her and sending him/her messages by any means of communication. The Insured and/or the Insured Person is notified of his/her rights under the Law and of the inclusion of his/her personal data in the Insurer's personal data bases.
According to the Law, personal data means any information about the Insured person, including surname, first name, patronymic, date and place of birth, address, phone, passport data, identification number, profession, information that refers to the state of health, diagnoses made, prescribed treatment, as well as other information provided during the conclusion and execution of the Agreement, including information provided by the Insured and / or the Insured Person about the Beneficiary.
