Senior motor claims specialist (CASCO)

UNIQA Insurance Company – a leader of the Ukrainian insurance market and part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of Europe’s largest insurance groups – invites a Senior Motor Claims Specialist (CASCO)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end handling of CASCO insurance claims: intake, processing, and closure of cases (excluding loss assessment)
• Verify and compile complete claim documentation
• Advise clients on terms, stages, and timelines of the claims settlement process
• Interact with experts, police authorities, and company partners
• Approve insurance indemnity amounts within assigned authority limits
• Record all actions in the company’s internal systems

What Is Important for This Role:

• At least 1 year of experience in handling CASCO and MTPL (OSCPV) claims
• Experience in managing client relationships and handling a high volume of cases simultaneously
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in CASCO and MTPL insurance
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and resilience under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high workload
