UNIQA Insurance Company – a leader of the Ukrainian insurance market and part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of Europe’s largest insurance groups – invites a Senior HR administration specialist.
Your Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration
- Manage hiring, transfers, and terminations of employees
- Submit information to state authorities (Medoc, Pension Fund of Ukraine), prepare unified social contribution (USC) reports
- Maintain personnel files, orders, and employment contracts
- Prepare internal and external HR reports
Leave and Absence Management
- Administer all types of employee leave; monitor leave schedules and balances
- Process other types of absences (suspensions, donor leave, etc.)
Sick Leave Administration
- Download and maintain sick leave records from the Pension Fund portal
- Enter data into internal systems and process them for payroll
Time and Attendance
- Maintain work schedules
- Manage time tracking: review records, make adjustments, and prepare timesheets
Military Records Management
- Maintain records of conscripts, persons liable for military service, and reservists
- Submit notifications and reports to Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TCR & SSC)
- Verify military registration documents and notify employees
- Manage employee reservation (draft deferment) processes and documentation
What Is Important for This Role:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration / personnel records management
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work with large volumes of HR documentation
- Confident user of office software and scanning equipment
