Outbound online sales specialist

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers using the existing client database via phone calls, email, and chat
• Identify customer needs and offer the most suitable insurance solutions
• Drive cross-sales and manage policy renewals
• Prepare insurance contracts and support the end-to-end sales process
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

What Is Important for This Role:

• At least 1 year of experience in telephone sales
• Experience with cold calling
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, persuasion, and product presentation skills
• Fluent Ukrainian language proficiency
• Clear and professional speaking voice with excellent diction
• Confident PC user
• Proactive, communicative, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong initiative and willingness to contribute to a growing business area
