Medical Coordinator (Full-Time / Part-Time, Remote)

Your key responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from insured clients and partner clinic physicians
• Review medical conclusions and assess their compliance with insurance coverage terms
• Make decisions regarding service authorization or provide justified refusals
• Record and document cases in the company's internal systems

What is important for this role:

• Higher or incomplete higher education in Medicine or Pharmacy
• Experience in clinical practice or medical assistance services is a significant advantage
• Confident user of MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Valid military registration documents with up-to-date information
