Learning Specialist

UNIQA Insurance Company, part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group—one of Europe’s leading insurance groups—is expanding its team and is currently looking for a Learning Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Development of Training Materials
- Create presentations, training manuals, workbooks, assessments, and e-learning courses for various learning formats.
- Adapt learning content for different delivery methods, including online training sessions, webinars, e-learning, and other formats.
- Regularly update and improve existing training materials.
Delivery of Learning Programs
- Conduct training sessions in various formats.
LMS Administration
- Develop or adapt e-learning courses in SCORM or similar formats.
- Upload and manage learning content within the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), including courses, assessments, video lessons, and supporting documents.
- Administer learning groups by assigning courses, tracking learner progress, and sending reminders.
- Monitor learning statistics, including learner activity, assessment results, and course completion rates.
- Prepare LMS training reports and analytics for the Learning & Development Manager.
What We Are Looking For:
- A genuine passion for teaching and sharing knowledge—this is the most important requirement.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience delivering training programs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail, structured thinking, and a high level of responsibility.
- Willingness to learn new training methodologies and use modern tools for learning content creation.
- Experience in the financial services, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries will be an advantage.
- Results-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
