UNIQA Insurance Company – a leader of the Ukrainian insurance market and part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of Europe’s largest insurance groups – invites a Learning Specialist.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop training materials
- Create presentations, training manuals, workbooks, assessments, and e-learning courses for training initiatives of various formats
- Adapt learning materials for different delivery methods, including online training, webinars, and e-learning
- Regularly update and maintain existing training content
- Deliver training sessions in various formats
- Manage and administer the company's Learning Management System (LMS)
- Develop or adapt e-learning courses in SCORM or similar formats
- Upload and maintain training content within the LMS, including courses, tests, video lessons, and documents
- Administer learning groups by assigning courses, tracking progress, and sending reminders
- Monitor learning statistics, including learner activity, assessment results, and course completion rates
- Prepare LMS training reports and analytics for the Learning & Development Manager
What is important for this role:
- Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with others
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience delivering training programs and learning activities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, structured approach, and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn new training methodologies and use modern learning content development tools
- Experience in the financial services, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively under deadlines
