Lead Business Systems Support & Development Specialist

UNIQA Insurance Company, a leader of the Ukrainian insurance market and part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of Europe’s largest insurance groups, is expanding its team and invites applications for the position of Lead Business Systems Support & Development Specialist.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide консультаtion and user support for the Siebel CRM system
• Analyze, process, and resolve user incidents and service requests
• Develop and configure reports within Siebel CRM
• Test new functionalities, identify system defects, and validate fixes
• Gather and document technical requirements and prepare tasks for developers
• Participate in the implementation of new features and support release deployments
• Conduct meetings and presentations for business users, collect and analyze business needs
• Analyze logs and diagnose system issues
• Interact with vendors and support teams, including Oracle Support
• Contribute to CRM development initiatives and business process optimization

What is important for this role:

• At least 1 year of experience working with Siebel CRM
• Practical knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle Database
• Confident use of PL/SQL Developer
• Experience analyzing logs (Application Logs, Windows Logs, Web Services Logs, SQL Trace)
• Understanding of integration principles and web services
• Basic to intermediate Windows administration skills
• Experience with deployment of repository and non-repository objects
• English proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation and Oracle Support
