Lead business systems support & development specialist

UNIQA Insurance Company – a leader of the Ukrainian insurance market and part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of Europe’s largest insurance groups – invites a Lead business systems support & development specialist.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide user support and consultation on CRM Siebel functionality and usage
• Analyze, process, and resolve user incidents and service requests
• Develop, customize, and maintain reports in CRM Siebel
• Test new functionality, identify system defects, and document issues
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements; prepare specifications for developers
• Participate in implementing new features and support release deployments
• Conduct meetings and presentations for business users; gather and analyze business requirements
• Analyze system logs and troubleshoot application issues
• Collaborate with vendors and support teams, including Oracle Support
• Contribute to the enhancement of CRM solutions and business process optimization

What is important for this role:

• At least 1 year of experience working with Siebel CRM
• Practical knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle Database
• Confident use of PL/SQL Developer
• Experience analyzing logs (Application Logs, Windows Logs, Web Services Logs, SQL Trace)
• Understanding of integration principles and web services
• Basic to intermediate Windows administration skills
• Experience with deployment of repository and non-repository objects
• English proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation and Oracle Support
