Your key responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with existing clients and maintain a high level of customer service
- Build and develop partnerships with the company's partners and intermediaries, conduct negotiations, and conclude agreements
- Acquire new clients through negotiations, presentations, and other insurance product promotion activities
- Prepare insurance contracts, endorsements, and related documentation, ensuring accurate data entry into internal systems
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
What is important for this role:
- Previous experience in sales within the insurance or banking industry (1+ year preferred)
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and initiative
