Role Mission

To provide independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of the internal control system and risk management in compliance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing, contributing to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of the annual risk-based internal audit plan
  • Conducting scheduled and ad hoc audits of business processes, assessing internal controls and risk management systems
  • Performing risk-based audits related to compliance with AML/CFT regulatory requirements
  • Preparing audit reports and recommendations, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions
  • Managing the Internal Audit Department and a subordinate internal auditor, ensuring the independence and objectivity of the function
  • Advising business units on internal controls and process optimization
  • Participation in the Tender Committee as an independent observer

What Is Important for This Role

  • Completed higher education in finance, economics, or management
  • At least 3 years of experience in internal audit within the financial sector (insurance experience is an advantage) or in international audit/consulting firms, including managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of International Internal Auditing Standards and risk-based approaches
  • Knowledge of legislation related to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT)
  • Confident user of MS Office, experience working with databases and large volumes of data
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
  • Strong analytical thinking, ability to prioritize, and results-oriented mindset
  • Integrity, ability to build trust, self-reflection, and accountability
