Document Control Specialist

UNIQA Insurance Company – a leader of the Ukrainian insurance market and part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of Europe’s largest insurance groups – invites a Underwriter to join its team Document Control Specialist.

Your key responsibilities:

• Register and route incoming and outgoing company correspondence
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing mail and document shipments
• Maintain internal document workflows and ensure data accuracy in corporate systems
• Print and dispatch insurance contracts and related documentation
• Work with corporate clients in accordance with financial monitoring (AML/KYC) procedures
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of documents received from corporate clients
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify and update documentation as required

What is important for this role:

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
• Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of documents and information
• Document review and analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and general PC applications
• Previous experience in document management or administrative support is an advantage
• Experience with financial monitoring (AML/KYC) procedures is an advantage
