Director of corporate sales center

UNIQA Insurance Company – a leader of the Ukrainian insurance market and part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of Europe’s largest insurance groups – invites a Director of corporate sales center to join its team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and channels for insurance products in the corporate segment (direct sales)
• Lead and develop a team of senior insurance specialists focused on increasing corporate sales volumes
• Conduct negotiations and close deals with key corporate clients to expand the client base
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction

What Is Important for This Role:

• Experience in working with corporate clients and managing B2B relationships (preferably in insurance or brokerage)
• Proven experience in corporate sales of insurance products
• Demonstrated success in developing and growing sales within the corporate segment
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
