UNIQA is a leading insurance company in Ukraine and part of UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe. As we continue to expand and strengthen our Corporate Communications function, we are opening a new position for a Corporate Communications Manager.

In this role, you will become one of the driving forces behind Corporate Communications at UNIQA. You will contribute to the development of our corporate culture, strengthen our employer brand, enhance the company's presence across internal and external communication channels, and help create a positive employee and candidate experience.


Your key responsibilities:

Corporate Communications & Employer Branding

  • Contribute to the development and execution of UNIQA's Employer Branding strategy
  • Develop and promote the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across LinkedIn, career platforms, and other external communication channels
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives through engaging content, employer branding campaigns, employee stories, and communication projects
  • Develop and coordinate the Employee Ambassador Program
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Corporate Communications to implement the communication strategy, coordinate cross-functional communication projects, and partner with internal stakeholders

Corporate University & Employee Development

  • Support communication activities for the UNIQA Corporate University and promote learning and development opportunities across the organization
  • Create announcements, newsletters, campaigns, contests, and other communication materials for learning programs, training initiatives, and internal educational projects

Events & Communication Content

  • Organize and support employer branding events, career fairs, and university partnerships
  • Attend internal and industry events to create photo and video content, prepare live coverage, and produce communication materials aligned with UNIQA Group brand guidelines
  • Coordinate internal corporate events and employee engagement initiatives

Content, Presentations & Brand Assets

  • Create employee stories, company news, announcements, and newsletters in line with UNIQA's Tone of Voice
  • Coordinate the development and update of branded merchandise and POS materials in accordance with UNIQA Group brand standards, working closely with designers, photographers, agencies, and external vendors
  • Coordinate content updates for internal digital communication screens, corporate communication platforms, and the company's external website
  • Support managers in preparing presentations and external communication materials by structuring content, editing texts, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and coordinating design


What is important for this role:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Employer Branding, Internal Communications, PR, or HR Marketing
  • Excellent Ukrainian writing skills with a talent for storytelling and creating engaging content
  • English proficiency sufficient for business correspondence, presentations, and day-to-day communication with colleagues across UNIQA Group
  • Basic skills in smartphone photography, video shooting, and mobile content editing
  • Strong project management, organizational, and event coordination skills
  • Experience collaborating with designers, agencies, suppliers, and external vendors
  • Creativity, proactivity, attention to detail, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
