Corporate Client Relationship Manager

UNIQA Insurance Company — a leader of the Ukrainian insurance market and part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe — is inviting a Corporate Client Relationship Manager to join its team.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

• Active search and acquisition of new corporate clients, building and managing the sales funnel
• Preparation of commercial offers and presentations
• Conducting negotiations, agreeing insurance terms, and concluding contracts
• Collaboration with underwriting, claims handling, and legal departments to develop optimal client solutions
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing corporate clients, cross-selling and expanding the insurance portfolio
• Achieving planned sales targets and maintaining the client database in the CRM system
• Regular reporting on deal status and key clients

What is important for this role:

• Completed or incomplete higher education
• Experience in active B2B sales in insurance, banking, or financial consulting will be an advantage; if you have no experience, we are ready to train you
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in preparing commercial proposals and presentations
• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
• English at Intermediate+ level will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills, customer focus, result orientation, self-organization, and stress resistance
