Compensation and Benefits Manager (C&B)
UNIQA Insurance Company, a leader in the Ukrainian insurance market and part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, is inviting a Compensation and Benefits Manager (C&B) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage compensation structures, bonus schemes, and employee benefits programs.
- Participate in salary surveys and conduct benchmarking analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
- Lead annual compensation review cycles, including salary increases and bonus calculations and HR Budget
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness packages, and other perks.
- Participation in Group projects (Job Grading, staff engagement survey, Job Architecture)
- Provide analytics and insights to support decision-making.
Requirements:

Higher education in Finance, Economics, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

Deep knowledge of compensation structures, grading systems (e.g., Hay methodology), and incentive design.

Experience with salary surveys and market data (e.g., Mercer, Korn Ferry, EY).

Strong Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, 1C ) is an advantage.

Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work with sensitive/confidential data.

English proficiency at least at the Intermediate level or higher.
