Business Trainer

UNIQA Insurance Company – a leader of the Ukrainian insurance market and part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of Europe’s largest insurance groups – invites a Business Trainer to join its team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze training needs and prepare proposals to address them
• Design and implement training programs for various company departments
• Deliver training activities, including webinars, trainings, workshops, and other learning events
• Develop and update training materials and e-learning courses
• Create training programs for Medical Assistance and Insurance Claims teams
• Conduct training sessions for employees of the Medical Assistance department, Insurance Claims department, and other central office units
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare relevant reports

What Is Important for This Role:

• At least 3 years of experience delivering trainings and learning events
• Strong communication knowledge and skills
• Proficiency in learning content creation tools such as Easygenerator, Canva, and Articulate 360 (Storyline / Rise)
• Facilitation skills and experience working with online learning formats
• Experience in training for contact centers is an advantage
• Knowledge of insurance and medical insurance is a strong plus
• Attention to detail, structured approach, and high sense of responsibility
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work with deadlines
