UNIQA Insurance Company – a leader of the Ukrainian insurance market and part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of Europe’s largest insurance groups – invites a Accounting Analyst.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records for fixed assets and intangible assets
- Record expenses in SAP S/4HANA
- Participate in financial and regulatory reporting within assigned areas
- Contribute to preparation of 4DF reporting related to individual entrepreneurs (FOP)
- Prepare statistical reports within relevant areas
- Handle business correspondence with UNIQA Group and other non-resident entities
- Draft responses to requests from UNIQA Group
- Prepare draft inquiries to tax authorities (State Tax Service) regarding ongoing activities
What Is Important for This Role:
- English proficiency sufficient for business correspondence and communication with UNIQA Group (Upper Intermediate or higher)
- Completed or incomplete higher education in accounting, finance, or economics (senior students with flexible schedules are also considered)
- Experience in accounting or finance is an advantage but not required – training and support will be provided
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or willingness to quickly learn the system
- Understanding of financial, tax, and statistical reporting requirements in Ukraine
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset
