Tamas Rainai

Tamas was born on March 20, 1967, in Hungary.

In 1992, he graduated with honours from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), majoring in diplomacy (Moscow, Russia).
In 1998, he graduated from the University of Economics (Budapest, Hungary).
From 2001 to 2003, he completed the Aviva (CGNU) International Group Development course at London Business School and Wharton Business School.
In 2009, he graduated from the Moscow State University for Humanities (MGGU) with a degree in finance and credit (Moscow, Russia).

In 1991, he worked in the Embassy of the Republic of Hungary in Tehran, Iran.
In 1992-1993, he worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Hungary.
From 1993 to 1996 he worked at the Nationale-Nederlanden Hungary Insurance Co. Ltd., as the Head of Strategic Marketing Section.
From 1996 to 1999, he worked for ABN AMRO Hungarian Life and Pension Insurance Co. Ltd. in the position of Managing Director; Marketing and International Affairs.
From 1999 to 2001, he worked for ABN AMRO Magyar (Hungary) Bank Rt., as Consumer Segment Manager; Marketing Division.
From 2001 to 2003, he worked for AVIVA Hungarian Life Insurance Co. Ltd., in the position of Managing Director; Marketing, Business Development, Training, Compliance, and Call Centre.
From 2003 to 2005 he worked in Malév Hungarian Airlines Co. Ltd., as Regional Director for Russia and Ukraine (Moscow, Russia).
From 2005 to 2009, he worked at AlfaStrakhovanie - Life, in the position of Chief Executive Officer (Moscow, Russia).
Since 2009, he has been working at UNIQA Insurance Company as Chief Sales Officer
