List of documents for receiving insurance compensation

<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Claim for insurance compensation. Must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of the accident, but no later than 1 calendar year;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Europrotocol or, if the accident was documented by the police, the accident diagram, administrative protocol, and explanations of the accident participants;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Copy of the driver's license;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Copy of the vehicle registration certificate;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Copy of the recipient's passport;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Copy of the recipient's taxpayer identification number (TIN) certificate;</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">If the recipient of the insurance compensation is not the owner of the car, a document confirming the right to receive compensation for the damaged property on the day of the accident (power of attorney);</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Photos and videos from the accident scene, if available.</li>
</ul>

Determination of the amount of insurance compensation

<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Expenses related to restorative repairs are reimbursed, taking into account the depreciation of the parts to be replaced. The cost of restorative repairs, considering the depreciation of parts, is determined as the sum of: cost of labor + cost of materials + cost of parts considering the physical depreciation coefficient (calculated individually, taking into account the age of the car and previous damages).</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">If payment is made to the requisites, the cost of parts is accepted without VAT. Additional VAT payment is possible upon providing the Work Completion Act and payment documents confirming the fact of restorative repair.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">The repair cost is calculated in the certified Audatex program.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">The cost per labor hour depends on the vehicle registration region.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Expenses for towing to the place of residence or the place of restorative repair within Ukraine are also compensated.</li>
</ul>

Payment terms

<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">After receiving the documents, the damage assessment is carried out within 3 working days.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">After the amount is agreed upon (signing of the agreement act), the payment is made to the account of the affected party.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">If necessary, an independent expert may be involved at the expense of the insurance company for assessment, and the inspection can be carried out in the mode of a service station. Restorative repair should not be conducted until this moment.</li>
</ul>
The payment is made:
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Based on the expertise directly to the affected person (or authorized by a power of attorney) or to the account of the service station.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">No later than 90 days from the date of receiving the application, provided that all necessary documents for compensation are available and the responsible party in the accident is identified.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">If the policy includes a deductible, the deductible amount must be reimbursed to the affected person by the at-fault party in the accident.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">The incident must be documented either by the Police or by drawing up a European Accident Statement with all conditions met (both participants have valid civil liability policies, no injured parties, fault is acknowledged, and the drivers are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs).</li>
