Marketing Director

UNIQA Ukraine,a leading player in the Ukrainian insurance market and a part of the UNIQA Group (Austria), one of Europe's largest insurance groups, invites a highly qualified and energetic Marketing Director to join our team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies for various insurance products. 

• Market analysis and competitor evaluation to identify key opportunities and challenges. 

• Leadership of marketing projects, including digital campaigns, advertising initiatives, and brand development activities. 

• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic marketing goals. 

• Planning and execution of PR campaigns and management of media and public relations. 

Requirements: 

• Education in marketing, business, or economics. 

• 5+ years of experience in marketing/digital marketing. 

• Experience in leading successful marketing campaigns using digital tools. 

• Knowledge of current trends in marketing and digital marketing. 

• Proficiency in English. 

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
