UNIQA diligently adheres to all legislative requirements, including the consideration of inquiries. The procedure for considering consumer inquiries can be found in the relevant section of the Law on Citizen Appeals. Personal receptions are organized in accordance with Article 22 of the Law on Citizen Appeals. Please note that during a state of war, personal receptions are not conducted.
Additionally, you can report any violations of legislation using the Whistleblowing system for reporting violations.
